Northern horizons

Essay in Icelandic landscapes

A few months ago, I went hunting for new horizons in Iceland. Here are the goods that I brought back.
They have the most amazing names:

Mývatn (1, 23), Langjökull (2), Klakkur (4), Akureyri (5), Ólafsfjörður (6), Lóndrangar (7), Drangahraun (8), Neshraun (9), Berserkjahraun (10), Álftafjörður (11), Hrútafjörður (12), Hverfjall (13), Geysir (14), Dalvíkurbyggð (15), Krafla (16, 17), Dettifoss (18, 19), Vatnajökull (20), Bjarnaflag (21), Grænavatn (22), Dallfjall (24), Eyjafjörður (25), Brimilsvellir (26), Narfeyri (27), somewhere near the Snæfellsjökull (28)

Useless fun fact: I shot #11 of this set on 11/11/11 at 11:11.
